YogaTattva: Life is Meaningless without Yoga.
Nowadays some people do not have faith in yoga because of the busyness of their family life. They only know how to move forward in everything with eagerness and speed. They can see yoga only as a physical exercise. These people are far away from reality. and they have got a sense of truth only when their soul calls out in pain, because of losing some mental or physical balance. And he stays connected with yoga for the rest of his life. Everyone needs a right and true Guru in his lifetime. Those who guide you to connect with the God “the Supreme Personality” ”the Paramatma” and give you the formula to make your life simple and easy. Due to which the positive energy will be transmitted in your body and you will distribute that energy in your surrounding and it will become an energy field. Whatever you say will not cause any trouble to anyone’s mind and you will be free from jealousy – hate – fear – anger. It is said about this in Shrimad Bhagavad Gita.
Bhagavad Gita: Chapter 2, Verse 56 He whose mind is not shaken by adversity, and who in prosperity does not hanker after pleasures, who is free from attachment, fear and anger, is called a sage-of-steady-wisdom.
The person whose morning passes by looking at the Peepal tree or worshipping it always gets the feeling of being mentally calm and powerful.
Bhagavad Gita: Chapter 15, Verse 1: The Blessed Lord said: yogic people speak of the indestructible ASHWATTHA tree as having its roots above and branches below, whose leaves are VEDAS; he who knows it, is alone a Veda–knower.
Adi Purusha Parameshwara whose root, Brahma whose middle part and Pabitra Vedas keeps hidden whose leaves. To understand that Ashwattha Tree, you have to understand the core element.
In another aspect it can be defined as that in reality it is stated above the SARIR TATTVA (Body Element) as well yoga tattva.
If you will recognize yourself deeply then you will get to see the ASHWATTHA (Peepal) tree is to be found within you. Spread with millions of branches and enlighten your body-mind-intellect that will be the second step in your spiritual journey. As much as you devote attention to deep meditation will know the real sense of the presence of that eternal power, which is hidden in that Ashwattha Tree.
