The Greatness of Five Root Yoga in Everyone’s Life.

Yoga is a tree in itself. It has many branches: Action, Devotion, Knowledge, Discipline, and Persistence, are some among them.

Every individual is different from others, physically or mentally. Our beliefs and feelings are all different. That is why the method of yoga means is also different. Due to this, many routes were practised in yoga. There are many structures and methods. It seems different from one another, but their destination is one. These can be compared to rivers. Whose independent existence ends after meeting in the sea? Initially seems a huge distance between them. But when it moves towards the sea, this distance shrinks. In the same way, the difference in the path of yoga seems even greater to the early practitioner of yoga. It seems to reduce as we move forward and eventually becomes Zero.

So, which path of yoga to follow, that depends on the nature of the individual. If you look at the ideal form, then the practice of all five ways of yoga gives you the best results. Suggest, you should keep attention before adopting. And always keep practising the one which is mostly related to your being. Due to the perfection of your nature, you feel there is a rapid growth in you.

Bhagavad Gita: Chapter 2, Verse 47Thy right is to work only, but never to its fruits; let not the fruit-of-action be thy motive, nor let thy attachment be to inaction.

Karma Yoga.

Karma is the fulfilment of family and social responsibility in your daily life with loyalty and constant alertness and not taking any fruits in return. Constant reflexes and renunciation of rewards are important aspects of Karma Yoga. If we work with them, we can complete the tasks with more efficiency and diligence. The work done in this spirit is evidence of dissolving our ego. In mind, in contrast to the situation, the ability to keep still and calm is also attained.

Every person does something for life. If we fill in the feeling of adornment, and renunciation, then this action creates karma yoga.

Bhakti Yoga

Bhaktiyoga

Some people are self-respecting and faithful. They have a strong sense of dedication. The path of Bhakti Yoga is suitable for them. Under this, the person expresses his feelings towards his Guru or Deity. In this process, he renounces his ego. Freed from the spirit of me and myself, he surrenders his entire existence completely to the Guru or Deity. His entire mindset starts to be oriented in one direction. This opens the way for higher alertness and self-realization.

Gyan Yoga

Bhagavad Gita: Chapter 4, Verse 36: Even if you are the most sinful of all sinners, yet you shall verily cross all sins by the raft of Knowledge.

The practitioner of Gyana Yoga proceeds using this knowledge in this path. But this knowledge is not based solely on the information experienced by the senses. The basis of this knowledge is the subtle sensations and the emotional sensations gained on the weapon of higher sensibilities. Those who do not come in the practice of senses, we call it intuition. Which can be realized only by meditation. No element is missed in this. Intellectual knowledge is based on preservation and beliefs, while intuition is independent. This is a difficult time practicable and labour provable route. This is the method of going beyond the intellect with the help of the intellect.

Raja Yoga

Raja Yoga is the method of self-analysis. The seeker of Raja Yoga, while removing the twisted layers of his mind, goes deep into them. In this endeavour, it removes his decorator from the outer world and takes it to the inside. Slowly, the inner side of his personality is exposed to him. This is the practice of Raja Yoga, one which succeeds in making the mind concentrate.

The Eight Limbs of Hatha Yoga: Ashtanga Yoga Sutra

It is wrongly interpreted as genealogical yoga-like Hut. But, in the right sense, we can say. Here HA means Sun and THA means Moon. Therefore, Hatha Yoga means the union of the sun and the moon. The Sun represents our physical activity. While the moon’s mental activities. In the body, these two Nadis are named after Ida and Pingala. In the body, the balance of these two is Hatha Yoga. This is a yoga practice based on the body. By which the body and mind mature and become worthy of higher practice. This results in the attainment of physical health and Fire.
